Our services are comprehensive and equipped for up to 2 story premises. Services can include the cleaning of all windows, frames, sills, screens & more using leading technology & top cleaning products suited to both domestic and commercial buildings.

Q. How often do you recommend professional window cleaning?

We recommend professional window cleaning at least 4 times a year for homes & businesses to maintain clarity and prevent grime buildup. For areas closer to the ocean or construction etc, monthly or bi-monthly is mostly preferred by our customers

Q. Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?

While the choice is entirely yours, for increased safety and more efficient cleaning, we recommend customers to be either away or minimally present during the cleaning process.

Q. What happens if there is damage during the cleaning?

We take every precaution to avoid accidents but we understand that mishaps can occur. In the rare event of damage, please inform us within 8 hours, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Q. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, we are fully insured for glass & service cover under the terms & conditions of our Australian public liability provider.

Q. What is your payment process & terms?

Payment Terms: One-Off Service: Deposit & full payment due before service commencement. Recurring Services: payment by direct debit.

Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards (Stripe) EFT Bank transfer, and direct debit. (Transaction fees may apply).

Q. Do you provide maintenance & discounted pricing?

Yes we do! We offer a range of packages that are either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly contract plans. These provide better pricing discounts and added offers, for committing to regular scheduled cleans.
